Golden Pest Services LLC (“Golden,” “we,” “us”) provides pest control services in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, Florida. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what choices you have.
Information you give us
When you submit a form or contact us, we collect what you send:
- Your name and phone number — required on our inspection request form
- The pest problem you selected and any details you add
- Your email address, if you give it (optional)
- Business name, property type, and ZIP code, on the commercial quote form
- Anything you tell us by phone, text, or email
We ask for the least we need to call you back and schedule an inspection. Please don’t send sensitive information — such as government ID or payment card numbers — through this website.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Language preference. If you switch between English and Spanish, your browser stores that choice on your own device so the site opens in the language you picked. It is not sent to us and is not used to identify you.
- Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to see which of our ads bring people to this site and lead to inspection requests. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Meta information such as the pages you visit, when you tap our phone number, and when you submit a form. Meta may use this to show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to measure how they perform.
How we use your information
- To call, text, or email you back about your request
- To schedule and carry out an inspection or treatment
- To keep records of services performed, including records businesses may need for their own inspections
- To follow up about your service, including a guarantee visit
- To meet legal and licensing obligations
We do not sell your personal information. When you submit a form, we send Meta your name, phone number, and email (if given) in scrambled (hashed) form, so Meta can tell us whether the request came from one of our ads. We don’t give your contact details to any other advertiser.
Calls and texts
When you submit a form or give us your number, you agree that Golden may call and text you about your request and your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop by calling (786) 298-4761.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work:
- Netlify — hosts this website and receives your form submission
- Twilio — delivers our text messages
- Resend — delivers our notification emails
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — keeps our customer records, including requests from this website and from our Facebook and Instagram ad forms, and notifies us when a new one comes in
- Google Maps — if you choose to load the map on a page, Google receives that request. The map does not load until you click it.
- Meta — measures and delivers our Facebook and Instagram ads, as described above
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep it
We keep service records as long as we need them to honor guarantees, answer questions about past work, and meet legal and licensing requirements. Requests that don’t turn into service are kept only as long as they’re useful for follow-up.
Your choices
- Stop texts — reply STOP to any message, or call us.
- Stop calls — tell us and we’ll note it.
- Limit ad tracking — block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account (Settings → Accounts Center → Ad preferences).
- Correct or delete your information — call (786) 298-4761 or email privacy@goldenpestservices.com and tell us what you want changed. We may keep what we’re required to keep for licensing or legal reasons.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging pest control services. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
