Requesting an inspection
Submitting a form or calling us is a request, not a booking. We’ll contact you to confirm a time, and the appointment exists once we confirm it with you. Same-day service depends on where you are and what’s already scheduled.
Prices and estimates
- Inspections are free, with no obligation to buy anything.
- Prices shown on this site are starting points, not quotes. Our quarterly home protection plan starts at $125 per visit; what you pay depends on the property and the treatment. You get a price before any work begins.
- Emergency service is available 24 hours a day. After 7pm, extra charges may apply — ask when you call.
- Prices on this site can change.
Guarantees
Guarantees vary by service, from two months up to a full year. The terms that apply to your job are the ones you receive in writing. Descriptions on this site are general summaries, not the guarantee itself. A guarantee covers the treated pest at the treated property, under those written terms.
