Golden Pest Services wants everyone in Miami-Dade and Broward to be able to reach us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or larger text.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we’ve built in
- Keyboard access. Every menu, form, accordion, and link works without a mouse, with a visible outline showing where you are on the page.
- Screen readers. Pages use real headings and landmarks, every button and field has a label, and photos that carry meaning have descriptions.
- Contrast and text size. Body text is dark on light backgrounds, and text can be enlarged without breaking the layout.
- Motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, our animations turn off.
- Phone first. The phone number is a tap target on every page, so you never have to work through the site to reach a person.
Where we may fall short
The map on our contact and area pages comes from Google, and we don’t control how accessible it is. It loads only if you choose to load it. If you’d rather not use it, call us and we’ll tell you whether we serve your address.
